Any chance -STABLE third party modules will work with DF ?

Hi All,

I've got two - nvidia.ko ( the nvidia port ) - I'm hopeful this will 
work -, and
hpt374.ko ( Highpoint RAID driver )  - I'm less hopeful about this one ...

As a datapoint, the recent PAE changes MFC'd to -stable seem to break 
the hpt374 module pretty badly - it panics during init if PAE is 
enabled. Luoqi confirmed that PAE changes to the kernel ABI are the 
reason for the breakage.

Not sure if I should have posted this to bugs or kernel :)   ...
