mailer.conf gets overwritten

Hi,

I'm using qmail on my machine (with a corresponding
/etc/mail/mailer.conf to keep legacy mailer stuff happy), and I
noticed my custom file being replaced by a default version whenever I
do a "make upgrade".

I checked if moving mailer.conf to some other place, e.g.
/usr/local/etc/mail solves the problem, but it didn't do the trick, so
I just thought I'll let you know about this, since the man pages I
checked don't discuss this topic in detail. Looked in the wrong
places, maybe. :-)
