make installworld issue with -CURRENT

After a CVS update "make buildworld" is OK but "make installworld"
errors with the following:

install -o root -g wheel -m 644 rconfig/auto.sh
/usr/share/examples/rconfig/auto.sh
install: /usr/share/examples/rconfig/auto.sh: Not a directory
*** Error code 71

Stop in /usr/src/share/examples.
*** Error code 1

I have tried "rm -rf /usr/obj" and various other things but no joy.
