Thanks, but the latest was acpica-20040512-update20040617.patch.gz,
which contained some of your later changes. Merging other changes is
not that difficult though, since FreeBSD RCS keywords are maintained.

By the way, should pmtimer compiled into kernel, or acpi.ko? You need
this if you want to use suspend/resume. I'm using it by compiling it
into acpi.ko and it seems to be working.
And, speaking of suspend, using lid or buttons to enter a sleep state
(by setting hw.acpi.lid_switch_state=S3, for example) results in a panic,
while using acpiconf command does not. I haven't managed to track this down.
