The second strange is that when I do a pciconf -lv it returns this:
pciconf: /dev/pci: Device not configured

I'm seeing this on a Netfinity 6000R, and it's something to do
with PCI code in acpica5. Can you add the following line to
/boot/loader.conf
    debug.acpi.disabled=pci
and reboot to see if pciconf work again?

Hi,

Sorry I read this when I was reinstalling my system with 1.0A.
However I have cvsupped to the latest current (using the default gcc).
And build a new GENERIC, the behaviour is still the same though, here is the report.

Debug break in the boot at:

acpi0: <HP HWPS213> on motherboard
AcpiOSDerivedPciId: bus 0 dev 15 func 0
installed MI handler for int 9
Debugger("Executed AML Breakpoint opcode")
Stopped at Debugger+0x35: movb $0,in_Debugger.348

typing continue fully boots the system.

After boot, pciconv -lv returns:
pciconf: /dev/pci: Device not configured

Adding debug.acpi.disabled=pci to loader.conf and reboot
Still breaks boot into debug but pciconf -lv works now (thanks for the tip).

There are 2 noticable delays (break not counted) when starting up:
after
ata1: mask=03 ostat0=a0 ostat2=b0
it delays for 32 seconds (timed it)
and after
sym1: Downloading SCSI SCRIPTS.
11 seconds, but I think this one is normal.

I made a new system output under:
