I got this reproduced, I am uploading a dump with debugging enabled in the
kernel.

To reproduce it do:
dhclient xl0 and ctrl+c it so the NIC does not have a ip (or other info).
/etc/rc.d/network
route show

The dump is located at leaf:~eirik/networkdump.tar.bz2 with my nice upload speed
it will be up in 30-40 min.
