Yes, I had the same problem.  I cheated and removed ksysguard
from the Makefile because I never use it.  If you are willing
to do without ksysguard you can finish the installation this
way:

Edit /usr/ports/x11/kdebase3/work/kdebase-3.3.2/Makefile
look for the TOPSUBDIRS variable and just delete the word
ksysguard.  Your build should finish after that.

The data structures in the kernel have changed from FreeBSD
so any program which deals with system monitoring needs to
be patched before it will compile.  Someone will eventually
get around to it, but it may take awhile.
