But as you can see it lacks phy support for GigE. Missing few lines to tell DFly that this card also has GigE support.

Is this a matter of adjusting, detection code or is it no workie for
good?  (I know this is realtek, so workie can't be good, but I was
looking for under $50 Gb good enough.)
It works just fine as 10/100Mbps card :)
