Hm.  Looks like MASTERDIR is being un-set somewhere.

This line in Makefile:
. include "${MASTERDIR}/Makefile.common"

is producing this error for me:
"Makefile", line 46: Could not find /Makefile.common

I just noticed that I don't get this error when doing the make
from the /usr/dfports tree.  It happens with portupgrade and
when doing the make from the /usr/ports tree.

Anyone else seeing this?
