Maybe we should make namei(9) a link to nlookup(9)?

We still have <sys/namei.h>, though (which I've seen #included but I 
haven't looked deeper). So I'm not sure if there isn't any stuff left 
from the old API that should be documented in namei(9) or if the 
#includes are obsolete.
