We ought to change it in pkgsrc/mk/platform/DragonFly.mk - /etc/mk.conf
isn't really needed other than that value, so we could remove it with that
change.

(Also, we could move it to /usr/pkgsrc/etc/mk.conf - using a mk.conf
within the /usr/pkgsrc hierarchy keeps people from confusing make.conf and
mk.conf.)
