A version of gitweb exists in pkgsrc; to reduce maintenance overhead, it
would be better to use that version so we can upgrade 'normally'.  It's
out of date relative to devel/scmgit right now because there is no
specific maintainer; Blair Sadewitz (devel/scmgit maintainer) said he'd
try to get it matching soon.

Hasso suggested looking at cgit as it works much faster; I have been
working on that a bit in my leaf account; having this happen over the
holiday made it a bit difficult.
