    kernel - MPSAFE stabilization
    
    * Fix for 'panic: sysref_activate: bad count 00000002'.  Mistakenly
      assumed the lockmgr lock was sufficient protection but forgot it
      might be acquired LK_SHARED.  Extend v_spinlock protection to fix
      the problem.
