    igb: Import Intel igb-2.2.3
    
    Local changes
    - Laundry the code
    - Rewrite busdma related code
    - Rewrite RX path
    - Enable hardware TX IP chesksum
    
    Integration w/ DragonFly's RSS and TX path optimization will be
    conducted in the repository.
    
    Tested-with: 82576 82575EB
