Hmm, that could be a problem - at the moment I can't out any way to make a
usable progress indicator in a web environment.

Maybe something like not closing the connection and outputting a single
"block" of IMG to represent progress (rather ugly, leads to design problems,
etc.), or constantly refreshing via META REFRESH, but that means a "deamon"
process is needed to do all the hard work and the PHP script will just check
its state, and that brings us to the beggining: in what to write that
process.

I'm probably overlooking something (or else the "web installer" idea seems a
lot messy), so any ideas will be welcome :)
