VFS environments and Plan 9 Namespaces

I read the slashnet IRC log and I saw that VFS environments were going 
to be used for
security.

I think Ron Minnich was working on porting this to FreeBSD at one point 
and basically
it does the same kind of "visibility" filtering I think you are looking 
for.

There is a lot of neat stuff in Plan9 that might not be too bad for 
BSD's to adopt...

I guess it comes down to licensing :).
