ksh93 Port

The FreebBSD port of ports/shells/ksh93 did not install corectly, so I 
copied the port to dfports/shells and fixed the Makefile to not look for 
a FreeBSD dir and changed the "include <bsd.port.mk>" to 
<bsd.dfport.mk>, do to and error about the dfports directory.
It installed just fine.

Im not sure if this was the correct way to add a port to the dfports.
