buildworld from FreeBSD fails

I just moved my CVS sources from _Stable to HEAD and am seeing 
buildworld fail when building on a FreeBSD 4.x box. The failure occurs 
in src/sbin/sysctl/sysctl.c because it includes <machine/inttypes.h>. On 
4.x, inttypes.h is in <sys/inttypes.h>. Is this fixable or are the days 
of building on 4.x over? Tnx.
