It's set up that way in general now - anyone with commit access can change
the site by committing back to the repo (well, if/when it's on leaf), but
people editing via the web can only affect material in /doc, which means
people who are willing to contribute don't have to download git and submit
a diff or other extra work just to add a howto.

I'll have to see if there's a way to install FCKEdit or something similar.
