override for net/mpd

Hello.
This patch updates dfports/net/mpd to use mpd-3.18 . The patch is to be
applied as:
$ zcat dfports-mpd-update.diff.gz | patch -d /usr/dfports -p0

I'm wondering how nice it would be if I can write a patch-only override
that works as an additional patch to do-patch target...
