Can you provide me with your verbose (boot -v) dmesg and the output of
trace at the kdb prompt after the fault? The address of the fault is

Here is part of what you requested... I don't know how to get a trace out of the debugger.
It boots, errors on the card (I did a trace, not that it shows up), then I pull the card and do continue for it to boot completely.
