It is a TYAN server mainboard, cannot tell the exact name of the lan chip right now, since i am @home. You can see dmesg and pciconf -v in the "ICP Vortex GDT8524RZ+BBU" thread.

I recall having read about problems with the em driver but it is strange that it does work with udp, but not with tcp.
