Re: Why is /etc/dhcpd.conf is missing?

    Well, every DHCP server configuration is different, I'm not sure what we
    would put into a dhcpd.conf file as a default.  The dhcpd.conf
    manual page does have some good examples but considering how dangerous
    running dhcpd blindly is it might be best not to actually have a default
    configuration file.

    If someone wants to put together a working example we could stick it
    in /usr/share/examples/etc.
