I need help with pkgsrc, dnetc package!

I have tried to install dnetc package on my dflybox, but this is a pkgsrc 
problem right? not dfly depended?

su-3.1# bmake install clean
WARNING: Skipping dnetc-2.:

And another question do i only need to use
ftp://packages.stura.uni-rostock.de/pkgsrc-current/DragonFly/DEVELOPMENT/i386/Allfor 
binary packages or can i use any other "netbsd" binary server?
