The recent VM work by Matt eliminated some things from
vm_map.h like MAP_ENTRY_IS_SUB_MAP, for example, which
is used in sysdeps/freebsd/procmem.c

Joerg, I hope you don't get tired of chasing this moving
target.  One of the reasons I like gnome is the panel applet
which depends on libgtop2.
