HEADS UP ON HEAD - recompile libc_r AND the kernel

    Due to recent work on the floating point support, people running HEAD
    must recompile both the kernel AND libc_r, or threaded programs (e.g.
    gtk, firefox, etc) will blow themselves to bits.
