The wiki is working again, at least well enough that a user prefs change
and a page edit both succeeded.

The trouble was that when the wiki moved to leaf.dragonflybsd.org as a
host machine, it was set up with its prefix being itself; the MoinMoin
support files were installed to a heirarchy within the wiki directory,
along with the directory holding that instance of the wiki.

It was self-contained, but it meant the new files from the upgrade were
installed in the default location (/usr/pkg/share/python/moinmoin or
something like that), and manually adjusting the path to install still had
other issues.

I did a fresh install and moved over the pages and user data directories;
after some permission fixing, they seem to be OK.  Please tell me if
there's issues, of which I sincerely hope there aren't any.
