HEADS up, updated stability on master - 2 Jan 2010

    The VM system's pmap code has been stabilized.

    MPSAFE Namecache and vnode operations appear to have been stabilized but
    there may still be issues here and there.

    Currently I am working on select/poll.  The kqueue code is going to be
    updated today and tomorrow (or monday) select/poll will be rewritten
    to use kqueue internally and the separate internal select/poll
    implementation will be scrapped.
