I know that this message can occur, but did I bisect the inode? I just
created a file, then wrote something to it, synced it to disk, and tried
to see the diff. I am also getting those "AMMER: WARNING: Missing inode
for dirent" messages reported by Damian Lubosch. I am just a bit
concerned that something is going wrong, especially as those "fake
transaction id" messages came pretty random.
