I'd like to second this. (+1)
It won't fix your current issue, but in the future you can delete all 
these directories with a simple "rm -rf /usr/obj/pkgsrc" command.
By the way, putting these workdirs on a hammer partition like /usr/obj 
that doesn't make daily snapshots will also help disk space, especially 
with something like package building.
