[issue2041] mfi driver panic: command not in queue

From: "Francois Tigeot \(via DragonFly issue tracker\)" <sinknull@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Date: Sun, 10 Apr 2011 21:24:38 +0000

New submission from Francois Tigeot <ftigeot@wolfpond.org>:

With a LSI 8708EM2 card, accessing a RAID1 volume leads to an instant "command
not in queue" kernel panic.

The panic which triggered the core dump described in the attached files was
generated by benchmarks/blogbench.
The same panic also occurs during installation from a live cd.

The problem exists on both i386 and x86_64.
