CHECKPOINT MODULE comment in kern/syscalls.master

Matt,

It looks like the CHECKPOINT MODULE comment that you added to
kern/syscalls.master is causing problems when running 'make sysent'.
I think comments must be on a line of their own.  I'll go ahead
and commit the change later tonight.
