[no subject]

In general i find these results strange. I have just
upgraded my box from FreeBSD-5.1 to FreeBSD-5.2 and
i find it more responsive by far than previously. Of course
this is not a benchmark, but goes in a different direction
to what you are seeing. By the way i have compiled some big
softs on 5.2 like the sun jdk1.4 and i have not observed
an especially slow build.
