Hello.
This patch updates dfports/net/mpd to use mpd-3.18 . The patch is to be
applied as:
$ zcat dfports-mpd-update.diff.gz | patch -d /usr/dfports -p0

I'm wondering how nice it would be if I can write a patch-only override
that works as an additional patch to do-patch target...

In an ideal world, we should try to push our patches up to the vendor. I am trying to do just that with various gnome sysutils ports.

I sent Archie Cobbs a patch to make mpd compile on DragonFly.
He kindly accepted and commited the patch to the sourceforge tree, so we can
remove dfports/net/mpd when FreeBSD-ports version is updated to use newer
version.

Thank you very much Tomokazu-san (hope I said it right!).
